Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original packaging. As fragrances are personal-use items, the refund amount may be adjusted according to the quantity of product used by the buyer and the condition of the returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will confirm the eligible refund amount. If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 hours after we receive the returned item.
Refunds are issued based on the unused or remaining quantity of the product and its condition upon return.
